Welcome Back!
Welcome to a new year at VA! The first day of school will be on Thursday, September 4, 2025.
Help us Stock the Staffroom for the first full week of school! You can drop off items in the bin by office at the walkthrough on Tuesday 9/2 from 3:30-5 or you can drop items off through 9/4 at the address listed on the sign up.
Back to School Night for parents will be on Wednesday, September 10th from 6:30-7:30PM. Learn about your student(s) day and meet the teachers.
Join us for our first, virtual, PTO meeting of the school year on Tuesday, September 16th from 7-8PM (future meetings will be on Mondays (see "About and Meetings" tab for future dates).

We need you! Our events are made possible by our amazing Van Antwerp community. Volunteer for an event today! We have lots of opportunities, from helping to plan great events to showing up on the day.

The VA PTO enriched the school by:
Provided funds to help the school obtain a laminator for all teachers and staff to use for projects/classroom.
Provided funds to help the Drama Club start up again.
Provided funds for wiggle seats.
Provided funds for coding computers to meet the Computer Science Learning Standards.
