Van Antwerp Middle School PTO
Welcome back to school! Here's to a wonderful 2026-27 school year. This current 6th grade class can expect a lot of fun and exciting events, courtesy of the PTO.
In order to make all of these events happen, we need parent volunteers! We have lots of events already in the works for the school year (see the Events page). If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to: vanantwerpmspto@gmail.com.
Upcoming Events:
FALL HALLOWEEN DANCE
October 30 afterschool
Students are invited to stay afterschool and dance in the gym, enjoy treats from food vendors and get scared by wandering down the haunted hallway.
This dance is free to attend for all 6th graders; however the food vendors are not free.
Volunteers are needed: We need help in planning, decorating and chaperoning. If you can help, send an email to vanantwerpmspto@gmail.com
Past Events:
SEPTEMBER 18, 3:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Who wants ice cream? All 6th graders are invited to stay after school for The VA Ice Cream Social featuring Ben & Jerry's! This event is free, courtesy of the PTO and will take place outdoors (indoors if it rains). Peanut-free and non-dairy options will be available. Students will have to make arrangements to be picked up if they decide to stay.
